Nano Banana 2 Lite

Troubleshooting

Fix common Nano Banana 2 Lite generation, upload, download, account, credit, billing, and refund problems.

Use this page to narrow down common issues before contacting support.

Generation failed or stalled

Refresh the page and check whether the task appears in your creation history. If it does, avoid submitting duplicates while the task is still processing. If the task failed, simplify the prompt and confirm that every uploaded asset meets the visible format and size requirements.

Output does not match the prompt

Generated outputs are probabilistic, so variation is expected. Improve control by reducing competing instructions, assigning each source image a clear role, and describing composition and constraints directly. If identity changes, use a stronger source image and say what must stay consistent.

Upload failed

Try a smaller file, a common file format, and a stable network. Remove unusual characters from the file name if the upload UI appears stuck. Confirm that the uploaded content is allowed under the Terms of Service.

Download failed or result is missing

Refresh the task page and check creation history. If the result still does not appear, save the task details, approximate time, account email, and screenshots before contacting support.

Billing or credit balance looks wrong

Check the billing area and recent generation activity. For support, email support@nanobanana2lite.net with the account email, invoice or order reference, purchase date, and a short explanation.

Account access does not match billing

Account and billing records are tied to the sign-in method and email address used in the app. Use the same account when checking credits, invoices, subscriptions, and support requests.

If you cannot sign in, confirm that you are using the same email or authentication provider used when the account was created. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support from the account email when possible.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Canceling a paid plan stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
