Upgrading mainly increases your included generation credits: Starter includes 500 credits/month, Pro includes 2,500 credits/month, and Premium includes 7,500 credits/month. Yearly billing grants the matching annual allocation for the annual period: Starter 6,000 credits/year, Pro 30,000 credits/year, and Premium 90,000 credits/year.

Existing subscribers use Change plan, which opens the secure Stripe billing portal. The portal shows the effective date and any proration or credit before confirmation. Nano Banana 2 Lite updates subscription state and grants credits only after verified Stripe billing events and paid invoices.

Monthly subscriptions receive a new credit grant for each monthly billing period. Yearly subscriptions receive the annual grant for the annual period. Subscription credits expire at the billing-period end, and one-time credit packs are valid for 365 days.

If usable credits are insufficient, new generation tasks are blocked. You can upgrade, buy a one-time credit pack, or wait for the next subscription grant; there is no automatic overage billing.

Cancellation is handled in the billing management tools. It stops future renewal billing, while current-period access follows the billing portal or provider confirmation.

Refunds are reviewed under the Refund Policy. Eligibility depends on timing, used credits or benefits, account standing, abuse or chargeback risk, and applicable law. Canceling future billing does not automatically refund the current period. Refund requests go to support@nanobanana2lite.net.
