Refund Policy

Scope
This Refund Policy explains how Nano Banana 2 Lite handles refund requests for paid plans, subscription charges, one-time credit purchases, and Private Team Service or other custom services. Because digital services and AI generation may consume computing resources, reserved capacity, support time, or credits immediately after purchase or use, refunds are limited and subject to review.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet all of the following conditions unless applicable law requires otherwise:
- you submit the request within 7 calendar days of the eligible purchase charge;
- your account has submitted fewer than 10 AI processing tasks since the relevant purchase;
- at least 80% of the purchased paid credits, subscription benefits, or paid service capacity remains unused;
- your account is in good standing;
- the request does not involve fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, misuse, or a violation of our Terms of Service.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We may deny a request that appears abusive, inconsistent with this policy, or ineligible under the purchase history, account status, billing record, or credit usage record.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available for:
- dissatisfaction with generated content, creative results, or other subjective expectations;
- requests submitted more than 7 calendar days after the eligible purchase charge;
- accounts that have submitted 10 or more AI processing tasks since the relevant purchase;
- purchases where more than 20% of the purchased paid credits, subscription benefits, or paid service capacity has been used;
- charges for credits, subscription benefits, generation capacity, or service capacity that have already been used, consumed, delivered, reserved, provisioned, or partially consumed;
- free credits, promotional credits, bonus credits, trial credits, expired credits, or credits granted outside a paid purchase;
- failure to use credits or benefits before they expire or before the billing period ends;
- subscription renewals, except where required by law or where there is a confirmed billing or payment provider error;
- technical issues outside of Nano Banana 2 Lite's reasonable control, such as connectivity, local device, browser, bank, or third-party platform issues;
- accounts that violated our Terms of Service, payment rules, or anti-abuse policies.
Private Team Service and Custom Services
Private Team Service, private or team onboarding, custom configuration, dedicated capacity, bespoke workflows, custom support, reserved capacity, and other manual or custom service work are generally non-refundable once agreed, started, delivered, reserved, or provisioned.
Any exception for Private Team Service or custom services must be stated in a written agreement with Nano Banana 2 Lite or required by applicable law.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@nanobanana2lite.net with the subject line Refund Request and include:
- the email address associated with your account;
- the order, invoice, or subscription reference, if available;
- the purchase date;
- a short explanation of the reason for the request;
- relevant billing details that help us review the request.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Review and Processing
After we receive a complete request, we may review account status, payment records, billing history, and credit usage to determine eligibility.
- We aim to review complete refund requests within 3 business days.
- Our support team may ask for additional information before making a decision.
- If approved, refunds are generally returned to the original payment method.
- Approved refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear, subject to processor, bank, card network, or payment provider timing.
Cancellation vs. Refund
Canceling a paid plan or subscription stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period or current subscription charge.
- Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.
- Refund returns payment for a current charge only if the request is eligible under this policy.
If you want to cancel future billing, contact support@nanobanana2lite.net or use the billing management tools made available through the service, when applicable.
Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. The updated policy applies to future purchases after it becomes effective.
